Larry Liang
Chairman/Chief Architect

Co-founder of InetSoft Technology, Larry provides strategic and technical leadership that has guided InetSoft to become the innovation leader in the BI industry. With a combination of leading edge research and mission critical development experience, Mr. Liang is the driving force behind the creation of InetSoft Technology's award winning software solutions.

Mr. Liang brings a history of design innovation and development leadership to InetSoft, based on over 15 years of large-scale mission critical development experience in diverse technical arenas at global technology leaders. Before founding InetSoft, he served as a research scientist at Bell Communications Research (now Telcordia), and was involved in the early research of e-commerce and interactive Web technologies. In his career, Mr. Liang held various technical positions at Bell Labs, AT&T, and Lucent Technologies. Mr. Liang graduated from New York University with a Masters degree in Computer Science.

Luke Liang
Chief Executive Officer

Co-founder of InetSoft Technology, Mr. Liang has led the company's growth from a highly innovative Java* software reporting tool supplier to one of the industry's top Business Intelligence solution providers. Under his leadership and direction, the company has successfully launched its Business Intelligence solution strategy for both OEM Partners and Enterprise customers around the world.

Mr. Liang initially held the position of VP of Sales and Marketing, but assumed the role of CEO in 1999. Prior to joining InetSoft, he worked for Goldman Sachs in a variety of technology and management positions. Before that, Mr. Liang held consulting positions with both JP Morgan Chase and the Union Bank of Switzerland. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Xidian University of China, and a Masters degree in Computer Science from the City University of New York.

Mike Chen
Vice President, Engineering

Mr. Chen leads the technical operations of InetSoft, and has been instrumental in building a successful organization that has created the award winning reporting functionality and patent pending BI solutions. As a lead developer, Mike has greatly contributed to the excellence of the product and the teams that made it possible. Mr. Chen brings 15 years of technical development and management experiences to InetSoft and has distinguished himself as the in-house expert in software engineering and large-scale development.

Prior to joining InetSoft, Mike led the e-commerce development teams at CASEC, and was a pioneer in developing first-generation e-commerce applications. Mr. Chen has diverse experiences working with embedded systems, data analysis, and BI applications. Mr. Chen holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Research Institute of Astronautic Technology, and a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Frank Filice
Vice President, Global Sales

Frank Filice is the driving force behind the development and expansion of InetSoft's global sales operation, as well as InetSoft's Customer Relationship Management initiatives.

Mr. Filice began his 22-year career on Wall Street in International Trading and Financial Derivative brokering and sales. He was a pioneer in combining complex derivative pricing with emerging “e” technologies and managed the Structured Sales desk at Societe Generale FIMAT, Euro Brokers, and Garvin Guy Butler. His exposure to many of Wall Street's top financial software firms would eventually be the foundation for his transition to a career in sales and management in the financial software industry. Prior to joining InetSoft, Mr. Filice marketed an application that allows firms to manage their trading relationships with institutional customers, and an integrated enterprise-trading solution. Mr. Filice is a graduate of the University of Hartford's Barney School of Business with a B.S. in Economics and Finance

Mark Flaherty
Vice President, Marketing

Mark Flaherty heads up all marketing activities at InetSoft including awareness building, lead generation, event and PR marketing. Mr. Flaherty's most recent experience was as a product marketing director at Virgin Mobile USA, and earlier roles there included building the mobile carrier's performance management function from the ground up and then helping the company evolve to a world-class implementation of business intelligence software. Previously Mr. Flaherty headed up marketing for another enterprise software company, ThinAirApps, which was acquired by Palm, Inc. Mr. Flaherty's educational background includes an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business (Duke University) and a BA from Princeton University.

Bill He
Director of Product Development

Mr. He leads InetSoft's product development organization. Under his leadership, the global development team has consistently designed superior products that have out-paced the rest of the BI industry. Bill is proud of his long-standing record of delivering products on or ahead of schedule, stemming from his 10 plus years of experience in software research, development, and process management. Bill has advanced development expertise in diverse industries including: financial; manufacturing; and banking. In addition to his role as the leader of the development organization, Bill also serves as the in-house expert on many technical areas across Business Intelligence and Business Process Automation.

Prior to joining InetSoft, Mr. He worked as a technical lead and architect at EASYCON, and led a number of mission-critical projects with large-scale deployment at national level. Mr. He graduated from Sichuan University with a B.S. in Mathematics.
