To provide our customers with industry-leading solutions, InetSoft periodically retires older product versions to focus more resources on enhancing current versions to support the latest technological innovations. Ultimately, this enables us to provide you with the best tools in the industry.
InetSoft provides support for 2 years from each new product version's release date or the 3 most recent versions of our products, whichever comes later. During this support period, registered customers will have access to download and receive critical bug fixes for the supported versions. Software downloads are only available for products that have not reached their end-of-life(EOL) dates.
After this support period, registered customers may still access the customer portal to submit support issues. However, if there are any bugs or limitations found in the unsupported product, they will be considered in the latest supported version.
